If you'd like to volunteer to support our communications efforts for 2007, please fill in the form below. The information will be sent to the staffing coordinator(s) for the team(s) you want to help. We will reply within 3 days, and provide you with more specific information, based on what you fill in on this form. There is a section at the bottom of the form where you can ask us additional questions, or pass us more information.
Your information will remain confidential. We will only use it for our records, and to provide you with more information as the event gets closer.
If you don't want to volunteer now, but you have some questions, you can send email to staffing at baker2vegas.org to contact the staffing folks, and we'll get you answers to your B2V questions.
The race dates for 2007 are April 21-22. If you are traveling with the main caravan, you'll leave on 20 April and return 23 April. If you indicate that you need to reserve a room, the staffing coordinator will contact you with hotel info and the reservation group code once we make the arrangements with the hotel. (Most folks stay at Circus-Circus). Make your room reservations early, because there is always some large convention in town the week before, and the week after the event. Any unreserved rooms in our block will be released in early March.)
